Modoc Vineyard is a Church plant in Alturas California seeking to live out the word and works of Jesus. Our heart is to bring together people of all ages, backgrounds, socio-economic status, ethnicity, and season of life in fellowship for Christ.

We are a Vineyard USA church plant established in October 2019. Modoc Vineyard Chruch came to life via the call from the Lord. Pastor Niki Wolter grew up in Modoc and would frequently visit. Once on staff at Red Bluff Vineyard Church for 3 years, she and her husband Corey were feeling pulled to move to Alturas and plant a Vineyard church.

During the vigorous church planting process, the Lord highlighted the number of unchurched people that live in Modoc county. Niki and Corey left Red Bluff after nearly 20 years and returned to Niki's home town. God loves Modoc and every person that resides there. It is their hope to provide a safe place for people to fellowship, worship, discover and experience the love of Jesus. It is the hope for MVC for life to be fully in partnership with God. To exist both within the walls of the church building and within the hearts of every person that attends as they interact with others.
